Holoscope is

  • the circle of the information holon in which knowledge federation is the square
  • resolution of the narrow frame issue
  • the correction of an epistemological error; answer to the question "How should we see the world?", and "What should knowledge be like?" Instead of trying to compose a jigsaw puzzle-like "reality picture" (and ignoring all that fails to fit in), we create a multiplicity of views, using all potentially relevant data. The goal is to see the whole from all sides, and in correct proportions – to be able to attain a correct gestalt.
  • Science extended our field of vision well beyond what was possible to see by the naked eye. The microscope and the telescope (etc.).

Once the holoscope is in place as the way of looking at the world, the vision of holotopia is an immediate result.
