What will be the humanity's future?

Some of us see it as tragic and hopeless. Others avoid this question, and aim to be "successful" now.

The holotopia is a realizable vision of a future that is better than our present.

The holotopia vision is made concrete in terms of five insights, which by showing how pivotal aspects of our social existence can be revolutionized, establish an analogy with the comprehensive change that began roughly five centuries ago:

  • innovation (analogy with Industrial Revolution)
  • communication (analogy with Copernican Revolution)
  • epistemology (analogy with Enlightenment)
  • method (analogy with Scientific Revolution)
  • values (analogy with Renaissance)
The holotopia strategy is to focus our efforts on comprehensive and positive change.

The five insights help us see why comprehensive and positive change can be easy—even when smaller and obviously necessary changes may be impossible.

What course of action may be powerful enough to set those sweeping changes into motion?

Last century's visionary thinkers repeatedly observed that a cultural transformation must be the way.
